The queue for tickets was bad enough. We waited more than 45mins to even reach the ticket booths. This is the queue waiting for boarding the cable car.

The Ngong Ping 360 cable car system is 5.7km bi-cable ropeway system which ferries people from Tung Chung, crossing Tung Chung Bay to reach the angle station on Airport Island and turning about 60 degrees in the air towards North Lantau.

We were happy to reach the destination - Ngong Ping Village. Here's the temperature is about 1 deg celcius lower than the ground temperature.

Later, we went to see the Chinese New Year celebrations. When we got there, the crowded was so huge, we could not find a good place to see the celebration in progress. This was taken after the celebration, fireworks are over.

We had our makan here. The serving was pretty large, although the service was, in my opinion, a little loud, and unrefined. Of course, I had to expect it since it is a low-cost no-frill eating establishment.

The next morning, we had our breakfast at this makan place - yes, you are right - we had Luncheon MEAT! Ah! Long time never had this in Singapore due to the ban on luncheon meat because of prohibited anti-biotic found in them... Yum Yum!

The next thing we did was to make our way to the Ocean Park of Hong Kong. Looking at the bus queue we thought there were not many visitors going there... But we were WRONG!!!!! (Too late cos we only discover when we took the bus and reach there).
